Juventus have reportedly added Evan Ndicka to their defensive shortlist as Luciano Spalletti looks to strengthen his back line ahead of the new season.
According to Calciomercato.it, the Bianconeri are monitoring the Roma centre-back after encountering difficulties in their pursuit of Bologna defender Jhon Lucumí. Ndicka has therefore emerged as one of the alternatives under consideration in Turin.
Roma, however, are not expected to let the Ivory Coast international leave cheaply and are reportedly asking around €30 million for the 26-year-old.
Ndicka remains one of Gian Piero Gasperini’s regular starters and featured heavily last season across Serie A, the Coppa Italia and Europe. With Roma already making several changes to the squad this summer, any potential departure would likely require a significant offer before the club seriously considers a sale.
