Nahuel Molina gives first interview as Roma player: ‘I will give everything for this shirt’

Nahuel Molina has spoken for the first time as a Roma player following his move to the Giallorossi.

The Argentine thanked the club, Gian Piero Gasperini and the supporters for the welcome he received upon arriving in the Italian capital.

“I want to thank the club and the coach for their trust, and the fans for the wonderful welcome I received from the moment I arrived at the airport,” Molina said. “I chose Roma because it is a great club.”

The 28-year-old also revealed that conversations with players he already knew helped convince him to make the move.

“Speaking with teammates I already knew, including Dybala and Castro, pushed me even further to accept this challenge. My wife and I already love the city of Rome, and it is the best place to raise my daughter.”

Molina is now looking forward to playing at the Stadio Olimpico and competing with Roma in both Serie A and the Champions League.

“I can’t wait to play in a full Olimpico and compete in Serie A and the Champions League. I can only promise the fans that I will give everything for this shirt.”
