Assane Diao has returned to Roma’s radar as the Giallorossi continue evaluating options to strengthen Gian Piero Gasperini’s attack.
According to Peppe Lo Monaco of Mana Sport, Roma appreciate the profile of the 2005-born Como winger. However, the club are not yet completely convinced due to concerns over his physical condition.
Como currently value the Senegal international at around €25-30 million, making a potential deal a significant investment for Roma.
Diao remains a player being considered at Trigoria, but Roma will need to be satisfied with his physical situation before deciding whether to make a concrete move.
