Lorenzo Pellegrini is set to remain unavailable as he continues working toward his return from injury.
According to Angelo Mangiante and Mana Sport Roma, the midfielder is not expected to rejoin full group training at Trigoria before the end of August.
Pellegrini is therefore considered unlikely to return to Gian Piero Gasperini’s matchday squad before Roma’s away fixture against Torino.
His recovery will continue to be monitored, with the club unwilling to accelerate the process before he is ready to train regularly with his teammates.
