Roma continue to monitor Jean-Mattéo Bahoya as Tony D’Amico searches for another attacking reinforcement during the final week of the transfer window.
According to German outlet Fussballdaten, the Eintracht Frankfurt winger remains under consideration at Trigoria as the Giallorossi attempt to satisfy Gian Piero Gasperini’s request for a right-footed option on the left.
Eintracht Frankfurt set high valuation
Eintracht consider Bahoya an important part of their future and are not actively looking to sell him. The Bundesliga club would reportedly demand between €35 million and €40 million before considering his departure.
That valuation would make the operation particularly difficult for Roma without first completing a significant sale.
The 21-year-old’s versatility is among the qualities attracting interest. Bahoya can operate across the attacking line, although Roma primarily view him as a possible option for the left flank.

Roma are not the only club monitoring the French attacker. Monaco and Atlético Madrid are also reportedly interested and could enter the race before the market closes.
Despite the attention surrounding Bahoya, no club has submitted a formal offer to Eintracht Frankfurt. The contacts made so far have been exploratory and focused on understanding the conditions of a potential deal.
Malick Fofana and Jamie Bynoe-Gittens remain prominent names in Roma’s search, while Bahoya represents another expensive option being followed by D’Amico as the club evaluates its final move.
