Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante during a Serie A match

Bryan Cristante Suffers Knee Discomfort Ahead of Como vs Roma

Roma midfielder Bryan Cristante is dealing with discomfort in one of his knees ahead of the club’s return to Serie A action against Como.

According to journalist Lorenzo Canicchio, Cristante’s condition will be assessed by Roma’s medical staff over the coming days.

Roma Await Cristante Injury Update

It is not yet clear whether the problem will prevent Cristante from taking part in the match at Como on October 11.

The international break gives the midfielder additional time to recover, but Roma will monitor his response to treatment and training before determining whether he can rejoin Gian Piero Gasperini’s squad.

Cristante has remained an important part of Roma’s midfield during the opening weeks of the season, contributing both defensively and in possession. His tactical discipline and ability to occupy multiple positions have continued to make him a valuable option for Gasperini.

Roma will hope the discomfort is minor, particularly with the team preparing to enter a demanding period involving Serie A and Champions League fixtures.

Further indications regarding Cristante’s availability should emerge when Roma intensify their preparations for the trip to Como.
